Director of Res. Services
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and programs to maintain high
standards of satisfaction with all residential services.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
and resources to meet the diverse needs of residents.
Conducts regular assessments of resident satisfaction and community needs and
implements improvements as necessary.
Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to
industry best practices.
Develops and manages the department budget, monitoring expenses and
identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, management, addressing
concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and compassionate manner.
Performs basic supervisory functions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, supervisory experience and with three
(3) or more years of experience in senior living management or similar role.
Obtain and maintain (i) an Indiana Commercial Driver’s License
Activity Director Certification
Social Service Designee Certification.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, hospitality
management, or related field.
