Senior Data Engineer

Role: AWS Data EngineerLocation: Austin, TX(Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using AWS services.Develop and support data integration solutions using Python.Integrate internal systems with third-party applications and platforms through REST APIs and other endpoint-based services.Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data lakes, warehouses, and analytical platforms.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.Maintain data quality, security, and governance standards across all data processes.Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, integrations, and operational procedures.Required Skills:Strong experience in Python development.Experience building integrations with third-party tools and platforms using REST APIs, Web Services, or other endpoint-based integrations.Hands-on experience with AWS services.Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines.Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Nice to have:AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate.AWS Certified Solutions Architect
