Filler Machine Operator

Sanger, CA | Full-Time | 2nd Shift Available Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filler Machine Operator to join a baby food production facility in Sanger, CA. This position is responsible for operating filler equipment, ensuring products meet quality and weight specifications, completing production documentation, and maintaining food safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. What You'll Be Doing: Operate and monitor filler equipment under the direction of the Production Supervisor Set up production paperwork and prepare packaging materials prior to production Complete pre-operational startup checklists, including loading product codes and printing test units Set proper fill volumes and verify product weights throughout the shift Ensure product codes are accurate, legible, and correctly applied Record lot information for packaging materials and enter production data into Safety Chain (as applicable) Document downtime and notify supervisors of equipment delays or recurring issues Track and report product yield, waste, and material loss Communicate equipment, quality, and food safety concerns to Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Production Supervisors Ensure the correct packaging materials (cups, pouches, film, caps, etc.) are loaded throughout production Follow all GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Maintain accurate production records and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous food manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Pay, Schedule, and Location Pay Rate: $17.00/HR Schedule: Full-Time Shift Available: 2nd Shift Location: Sanger, CA 93657 Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children Pet insurance available Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities Hiring Requirements: Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check Apply Today!
