We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Guest Services team.We Are Committed To Provide You WithHighly competitive wages - $75.000.00 AnnuallyAn exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates & your family members401K matching program for eligible associatesFlexible scheduling to allow you to focus on what is important to youDiscounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family members.Hotel Room Discounts at Marriott brand properties Worldwide.Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each DaySupervise all Guest Services operations including valet, bell, and door attendant servicesRecruit, train, coach, and develop Guest Services team membersEnsure consistent delivery of high-level hospitality and guest satisfactionManage staffing schedules and labor coverage for all shiftsMonitor operational flow, guest arrivals/departures, and vehicle managementResolve guest concerns professionally and promptlyEnsure compliance with safety, service, and company standardsOversee tip pool administration and operational reportingCoordinate with hotel and restaurant leadership to support overall guest experienceDoes this sound like youMinimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, valet operations, or hotel operationsExcellent guest service and communication skillsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsValid driver’s license with clean driving record preferredAbility to stand, walk, lift luggage up to 50lbs, and remain active for extended periodsFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as neededProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentOur Differences Are What Makes Us GreatAt Crescent Hotels & Resorts we strive to create a great place to work where associates at all levels of our organization are respected for their differences, just like the guests and owners we serve.
