A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer, East Coast Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with various teams to refine customer onboarding operations and deliver customer-centric solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers during their onboarding and migration journey
Maintain target metrics related to customer onboarding efficiency and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Experience working with external customers and internal teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management skills
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies
Desire to learn about cutting-edge technologies
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
