Effectively collaborates as a part of a multidisciplinary team which includes Registered Nurses, occupational and physical therapists, nutritionists, speech pathologists, and physicians to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients.Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
