Platform Operator / AMSThe team is seeking a Platform Operator / AMS resource with strong IT operations, platform reliability, and DevOps exposure to support and operate an existing cloud-based platform. Development work is minimal and secondary to operations. This is: Not a full-stack developer role Not a build-from-scratch role Profiles that are heavily development- or coding-focused are likely to be a mismatch. Ideal Profile The right fit will demonstrate a "run-the-platform" mindset, with hands-on experience in operating and supporting production platforms. Strong alignment will be seen in candidates who have: Operated a similar platform in a production environment Experience in AMS / platform operations Comfort owning platform stability, reliability, and availability end-to-end Pure developers or build-heavy profiles are not aligned to the current need. Core Responsibilities Operate and support the existing platform Ensure: Platform stability and reliability Day-to-day operational health Handle incidents, monitoring, and operational tasks Work closely with IT, platform, and business stakeholders Skills & Experience Required Strong IT operations background Hands-on platform operations / reliability experience Exposure to DevOps practices Experience supporting cloud-based platforms Prior experience operating a platform (not just building one) Operations vs. Development Split Operations: 95% Development: 5% Even as the role evolves: Operations will always outweigh development This role will not become a 50/50 Dev/Ops position Reporting Expectations Reporting is not limited to infrastructure or platform health Focus is on business or platform-related reporting, tied to Jet Studio The role is best described as a Platform Operator / AMS (Application Managed Services) role. The primary requirement is platform ownership and operational reliability, not new feature development.
