*Job Title:** Pharmacy Assistant*Location:** Onsite - Louisville , Kentucky*Pay Rate:** $19/hour*Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM*Employment Type:** Full-Time*Job Summary** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire a detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistants to join a fast-paced automated refill center. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing prescription orders for direct-to-patient shipment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with pharmacy regulations. **Key Responsibilities** Pick and pack prescription orders using on-screen promptsPrepare shipments by folding and packaging paperwork with medicationsSort and organize orders by location for shipmentLoad packaged products for deliveryMaintain consistent workflow to meet daily production goalsFollow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policiesEnsure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulationsIdentify and escalate any issues to management as neededWork independently or as part of a team in a high-volume environment **Requirements** Pharmacy Assistant certification preferredAbility to lift and carry 20-25 lbsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced settingStrong teamwork and problem-solving skills **Additional Information** Must obtain **Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License** after hireOccasional mandatory overtime may be required **Why Join Us?** Consistent weekday scheduleOpportunity to grow within pharmacy operationsStable, team-oriented work environment **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
