AV Support Technician- Contract role in Washington DCRedStream Technology is seeking an AV Support Technician to provide conference room support of hybrid Zoom calls work within a large, prestigious management consulting firm in Washington DC. The AV Support Technician will have other office services support responsibilities when conference room meetings are not in session.Zoom support as well as other basic IT support like client computer connectivity and managing iPads that connect to conference room booking system.Qualifications:Effective in communicating and interacting with employees, clients, and colleaguesSkilled at work effectively with co-workers at all levels of the organizationAbility to test equipment and perform basic troubleshootingAbility to work and think independently under pressureTechnical knowledge: Zoom, Crestron, and Poly videoconferencing equipment
