This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on litigation experience while benefiting from strong mentorship and career development support.What You'll Do:Handle asbestos, toxic tort, and product liability mattersManage cases from early stages through resolutionDraft and respond to written discoveryPrepare and argue motionsTake and defend depositionsAppear in court for hearings and proceedings as neededWhat We're Looking For:2–5 years of relevant litigation experience (asbestos, toxic tort, or product liability preferred)Licensed and in good standing with the California BarJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolExperience with discovery, motion practice, and depositionsStrong organizational, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlinesWillingness to make in-person court appearances when requiredNote: Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply.
