We offer advisory, implementation, and managed services specializing in CRM strategy, revenue operations, sales enablement, and go-to-market transformation and technology adoption.Our Sales Technology practice is anchored by deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot, two platforms at the forefront of modern CRM, marketing automation, and revenue operations for high-growth and enterprise organizations.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Technology Solution Architect to serve as the primary techno-functional SME for the Sales Technology Practice — a net-new motion within Rotation Digital built around advisory, implementation, and managed services for Salesforce and HubSpot. This role combines deep technical expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot architecture and integration with strong functional consulting skills, translating client business problems into scalable, well-documented solutions on both platforms.The Solution Architect will work inside the Rotation Digital delivery framework to provide clients with timely solutions and clear documentation, while partnering with the Sales Technology Practice Lead, delivery leads, and other team members to strengthen and scale the practice's Salesforce and HubSpot capability. This is a hands-on role: the Architect will balance active client delivery with supporting presales solutioning, and — as the practice grows — will help mentor junior architects and technical consultants, evolving into a player-coach for the technical side of the business.This role requires a consultant who is equally comfortable in the technical weeds of Salesforce and HubSpot configuration and integration as they are leading a client discovery session or presenting a solution to business stakeholders. The Architect will be expected to balance multiple clients or projects simultaneously, maintain a high bar for quality and documentation, and serve as a trusted technical voice throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DeliveryLead the design of Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, from point-to-point connections to holistic, enterprise-wide interchange architectures, ensuring reliable and high-quality data exchange.Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems involved in integrating Salesforce and/or HubSpot with external applications across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance functional areas.Design, build, and support testing of Salesforce integration code, including Apex, Flow, and APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk), along with HubSpot API-based and native integrations.Architect and support Salesforce–HubSpot sync and integration patterns, ensuring clean handoffs between marketing and sales data and processes.Oversee integration and solution delivery: manage the development process, lead discovery sessions with clients for each domain-specific integration, ensure timelines and quality are met, and engage third-party vendors as required.Serve as the lead technical consultant on Salesforce and HubSpot engagements, demonstrating in-depth expertise across core Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud) and core HubSpot hubs (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub).Identify process improvements and help refine Rotation Digital's delivery methodology based on project experience.Balance multiple clients or projects concurrently while maintaining quality, documentation standards, and client satisfaction.Salesforce Functional & Technical ExpertiseConfigure and administer core Salesforce functional areas, including Sales Cloud pipeline and opportunity management, forecasting, territory and account structures, and approval processes.Build and maintain declarative automation (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, record types) alongside programmatic customization (Apex, Lightning Web Components) as needed.Act as subject-matter expert in at least two of the following: CPQ, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, or Einstein/AI-driven capabilities.Design and optimize reporting, dashboards, and data models to support sales, marketing, and revenue operations visibility.HubSpot Functional & Technical ExpertiseConfigure and administer core HubSpot functional areas, including Marketing Hub campaigns and automation, Sales Hub pipelines and sequences, and Service Hub ticketing and workflows.Build workflows, lead scoring models, lists and segmentation, forms, and landing pages to support client demand generation and sales processes.Configure HubSpot CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and reporting/dashboards to align with client go-to-market and revenue operations needs.Support data hygiene, deduplication, and governance practices within HubSpot, and across HubSpot-to-Salesforce data flows.Act as subject-matter expert in at least one additional HubSpot area, such as Operations Hub automation, CMS Hub, or HubSpot's native reporting and attribution tools.Techno-Functional ConsultingBridge business and technical requirements, translating client objectives into scalable Salesforce and HubSpot solutions and data-driven recommendations.Lead or participate in requirements-gathering and process-design sessions, data conversion, proof-of-concept work, data analysis, and testing.Review, analyze, and evaluate client business systems and user needs; formulate solutions that align with overall revenue and go-to-market strategy.Provide business analysis and recommend continued process improvements, implementation best practices, and system enhancements to support clients' business strategies and operational needs.Client & Partner EngagementManage relationships with assigned clients as a key point of technical contact, setting, managing, and meeting expectations and deadlines.Provide training and knowledge transfer on Salesforce and HubSpot solutions to clients through training sessions, work instructions, job aids, and other collateral.Provide status reports to client leadership and internal management.Partner with the Sales Technology Practice Lead and the Salesforce and HubSpot partner ecosystems to support presales solutioning, scoping, and co-sell opportunities.Internal Contribution & Team BuildingSupport internal initiatives, including marketing collateral, documentation, and methodology development for the Sales Technology Practice.Provide guidance to other technical team members on best practices;
