Dentist Outpatient general dentistry role focused on providing comprehensive dental care for patients across all age groups. San Jose location offering access to one of California's largest and most diverse healthcare communities. Base Salary: $169,000 – $191,000. Sign-on bonus available. State and HRSA loan repayment eligibility. Monday through Friday schedule. 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. No heavy call structure. Provide outpatient dental services including exams, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventative care. Perform procedures including extractions and general dental treatments. Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and long-term oral health maintenance. Manage daily patient volume averaging 14-16 patients per day. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff within integrated clinical setting. Maintain patient documentation within established EMR workflows. Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
