Licensed Mental Health Therapist(LPC, LCSW, LFMT)

Join First Integrated Counseling and Consulting Services, where we are currently seeking versatile and dedicated Licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC) for contracted, part-time, and full-time positions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized care plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique challenges, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Actively engage in ongoing case management, coordinating care with other health professionals and agencies as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to client wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and collaborate on multidisciplinary approaches to client care. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in the field of mental health, and actively pursue opportunities for professional development. Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring client safety and accessing appropriate resources during emergency situations. Qualifications: Valid LCSW, LPC license. Demonstrated experience in addressing a diverse range of behavioral health issues. Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities. Position Details: Contracted position offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. Flexible scheduling designed to balance personal and professional needs. Competitive compensation ranging from $25 to $50 per billable hour.
