Forklift Operator

Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Forklift Operator at our manufacturing facility in Cheyenne, WY. Do you have experience in the Forklift operation? We're seeking a Forklift Operator at our sealant plant in Cheyenne, WY. This role is responsible for proper and efficient operations of company forklifts in the sealant production area. Movement of raw materials and finished products within the plant as needed. Specific Duties: Responsible for the safely and efficiently operating company forklifts. Responsible for movements of raw materials and finished goods within the plant. Typical movements include: Unloading trucks Storing raw materials Supply production lines with needed raw materials Moving pallets of finished products Loading trucks with finished products for shipment Placing materials in correct positions in the plant Additional duties in addition to forklift operation may include: Unloading trucks of asphalt or oil Correctly completing receiving documents Obtaining correct quantities of raw materials Weighing, labeling, and wrapping of pallets of product Responsible for keeping forklift clean, free of debris under machine and around moving parts and shall perform a daily inspection to ensure safe operation of forklift. Perform assigned duties in a safe, professional manner, cooperating with others and interfacing with supervisor on any items which will affect quality, safety, schedule, attitude or performance of duties. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent 3 -12+ months experience in safely operating a forklift. Forklift certification desired.
