Our warehouse operations are fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.Position OverviewWe are hiring experienced Shipping & Receiving Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a busy warehouse environment. This role is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the facility using forklifts and warehouse equipment.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload incoming and outgoing shipmentsMove, stack, organize, and relocate materials throughout the warehousePick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipmentUse RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactionsVerify product counts and inspect shipments for accuracyComplete daily forklift inspections before operationMaintain a clean and organized work environmentSupport warehouse operations and production goals as neededQualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping & receiving, or distribution experience preferredForklift experience requiredExperience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systemsBasic knowledge of heavy-duty truck or trailer parts is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand, lift, bend, and move materials throughout the shiftWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will have strong spatial awareness, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
