Learning & Development Architect: Knowledge Transfer & Programs

WSSC Water is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to partner with the Pipeline Construction Division, delivering training and developing manuals for multiple leadership roles. You will design and implement learning programs, perform needs assessments, and manage knowledge transfer initiatives using classroom, e-learning, and LMS delivery.
