About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Roof Table Assistant to support roof truss assembly operations within our manufacturing plant. This position plays a key role in assisting truss builders at the roof assembly table, ensuring materials are positioned accurately, plates are set correctly, and workflow remains steady and efficient. Requirements: What Were Looking ForStrong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and read basic production layouts Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to work as part of a coordinated team Willingness to complete 90-day qualification training program Previous construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided) Physical RequirementsFrequently standing for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs. routinely (occasionally more with assistance) Repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and positioning of lumber Strong spatial awareness and attention to alignment Comfortable working in loud environments Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to equipment noise, sawdust, and moving machinery.
