Quantity Surveyor - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale capital construction projects with our pharmaceutical manufacturing client. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex, high-value builds exceeding $200M. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in the field, enjoy hands-on measurement work, and want to play a critical role in tracking and validating project progress.Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure and track installed quantities across project scopes, including: Square footage of drywallLinear footage of pipingCable and electrical installationsOther building and infrastructure componentsPerform accurate quantity take-offs based on real-time field progressMonitor and report construction progress against project plansCollaborate closely with construction and project controls teams to validate installed workMaintain clear, organized documentation of quantities and progress metricsEnsure alignment between field measurements and reporting requirementsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Measurer, or similar roleStrong expertise in field-based measurement of installed construction workExperience supporting large-scale capital projects ($200M+)Ability to quantify multiple trades (mechanical, electrical, architectural)Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilitiesPreferred ExperienceBackground in pharma, oil & gas or other large industrial construction projectsHands-on field experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
