Payroll Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $26 to $31 per hour.Job Duties:Process ADP WFN payroll for employees accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain employee records and ensure all information is up to dateCalculate and process deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishmentsPrepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statementsReconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errorsGenerate payroll reports for management and accounting purposesAssist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparationCollaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee dataRequirements:5 years' of experience as a Payroll CoordinatorAbility to handle confidential information with discretionDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsExpert in using ADP WFN payroll software and MS Office applications (especially Excel)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalBackground & employer verification is requiredREF47130#LI-POST
