A company is looking for a Director, Senior Corporate Counsel - Corporate Governance & Security. Key Responsibilities Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports and ensure compliance with securities regulations Advise the Board of Directors on governance matters and support shareholder engagement initiatives Oversee global subsidiary governance and maintain corporate records and legal entity documentation Required Qualifications Advanced Degree (JD required) 5-7 years of relevant experience 8+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm, corporate legal department, or regulatory agency Demonstrated record of handling complex legal matters
