51-200About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President for Premium and Corporate Sales to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving premium sales, group sales, and sponsorship revenue across all venues. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with organizational goals, delivering sustainable revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of service for corporate and premium clients. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, establishing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. The role also involves actively leading the sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and strong financial acumen are essential. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build trust with senior executives and corporate decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with strong planning, analytical, and project management skills, and a collaborative leadership style. Experience in the Detroit market and familiarity with regional corporate partners is a plus.
