The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build trust with senior executives and corporate decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with strong planning, analytical, and project management skills, and a collaborative leadership style. Experience in the Detroit market and familiarity with regional corporate partners is a plus.
