Our retreat combines world-class wellness programs with exceptional hospitality standards, creating a sanctuary where guests reconnect with their mind, body, and soul.We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations and uphold the exceptional standards that define the Atmantan experience.Role Overview The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete housekeeping function across guest rooms, villas, public areas, wellness spaces, back-of-house areas, laundry operations, and staff facilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring immaculate cleanliness, operational efficiency, hygiene compliance, aesthetic presentation, and seamless guest comfort across the property.This leadership role requires a hospitality professional who combines operational excellence with strong people management skills and an eye for detail that enhances the overall wellness experience of our guests.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations across the resort Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and upkeep throughout the property Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, wellness facilities, and back-of-house spaces Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs, cleaning schedules, and quality control measures Drive guest satisfaction through prompt handling of requests, preferences, and service recovery situations Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Wellness, and Operations teams for seamless guest experiences Manage departmental budgets, inventory, linen control, uniforms, guest supplies, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, safety, and statutory standards Lead recruitment, training, grooming, scheduling, and performance management of housekeeping associates Foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence within the department Monitor productivity, staffing efficiency, and operational costs while maintaining luxury service standards Support audits, inspections, and organizational quality initiativesQualifications & Skills Proven experience in Housekeeping and Laundry Operations within luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness hospitality Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and guest handling abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment Experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance development Strong understanding of hygiene practices, sanitation standards, and safety protocols Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and operational planningPrior experience in wellness hospitality or luxury resorts will be an added advantage
