This individual will play a critical role in driving project execution, improving intake processes, and enhancing how work flows through the PMO, with a strong emphasis on Jira administration and optimization.This is a highly visible role supporting multiple programs, requiring someone who can operate confidently in ambiguity, contribute to discovery efforts, and help shape scalable project frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support project intake, discovery, and requirements gathering for new initiativesManage end-to-end project lifecycle support (intake → build → testing → delivery)Administer and optimize Jira environments, including: Kanban boards, Workflows, Project spaces and configurationsDrive process improvements across PMO workflows and governanceCoordinate across multiple programs simultaneously and ensure alignment with stakeholdersPrepare materials and support leadership presentations (gradual exposure to presenting)Facilitate stakeholder communication and approvals, including executive-level interactionsIdeal Candidate ProfileSelf-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and figure things out independentlyAdaptable and comfortable working in evolving, non-static environmentsCreative thinker who can suggest improvements and challenge existing processesConfident, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-visibility environmentAble to manage multiple priorities and programs simultaneouslyThis is a 6-month contract role operating on a hybrid schedule (4x onsite) in Broomfield, CO.
