Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, managing schedules, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The role will also involve ensuring smooth store operations and promoting Petco's values of pet care and customer service excellence. Qualifications Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and swift resolution of issues.Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and store organization to maintain operational efficiency.Basic knowledge of pet care and products, with a passion for pets and their well-being.Strong communication and time-management skills to collaborate with team members and support store operations.Previous retail or team leadership experience preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
