Career Services Advisor

Lincoln Tech in Denver, CO is looking for a Career Services Advisor to help our students and graduates launch successful careers in their chosen fields. In this role, you'll be the bridge between education and employment--coaching job seekers, building relationships with local employers, and creating opportunities that change lives.You'll work directly with students and recent graduates to prepare them for the job market, while simultaneously developing a network of employer partners who are actively hiring. This is a relationship-driven role where your success comes from connecting the right people with the right opportunities.Responsibilities Of a Career Services AdvisorProvide one-on-one career coaching and job search assistance to students and graduatesDelivery of workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and professional developmentBuild and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunitiesDevelop a pipeline of qualified job opportunities aligned with graduate skills and trainingCoordinate job fairs, employer visits, and on-campus recruiting eventsTrack graduate employment outcomes and maintain contact until successful placementDevelop a pipeline of qualified job opportunities aligned with graduate skills and trainingMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with accreditation standardsRequirements Of a Career Services AdvisorHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, career services, sales, or related fieldStrong communication skills--comfortable speaking to groups and on the phoneRelationship builder who enjoys connecting with peopleOrganized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technology platformsGoal-oriented with a track record of meeting performance targetsWhy Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives by helping them secure meaningful employment.
