LocationWoodlawnDescriptionDescription: The Dimond Business Unit - Commercial Lines employees work in a team approach with the Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners. They place new business and service existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 | #LI-ONSITEResponsibilities:Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions with the Sales Executive and MarketerDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal teamPartner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategiesCreate professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360Review all documents for accuracy and completenessProvide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questionsPosition RequirementsDesired Qualifications:Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resourcesAbility to work within a fast-paced, changing environmentPro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writingExcellent interpersonal skillsHigh-level customer service, organization, and attention to detailAbility to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environmentProfessional and positive attitudeTeam player that collaborates well with othersEducation and Experience:Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer LicenseMinimum Previous 5 years' experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account ExecutivePay Range$18-$23 / hourEmployee BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, Short-Term & Long-Term Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid time off, 401(k) with matching and more!CategoryCommercial LinesAbout the OrganizationDimond Bros.
