A company is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer. Key Responsibilities Build and scale Ruby on Rails (Rails 8+) APIs Design clean, scalable database architectures and manage background processing Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance core product performance Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and production systems Strong experience with Rails 8+ and Ruby 3+ Hands-on experience with job orchestration tools like Sidekiq or Solid Queue Deep understanding of databases, data modeling, and performance optimization Familiarity with healthcare systems (340B / WAC pricing) is a strong plus
