This position requires strong technical knowledge across multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, while supporting the overall guest experience and hotel operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems.Conduct preventative maintenance on guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, pools, fitness center, and back-of-house equipment.Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders in a professional and timely manner.Repair and maintain lighting outlets, switches, appliances, locks, doors, windows, walls, ceilings, flooring, and furniture.Inspect hotel property regularly to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and needed repairs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, inspections, and inventory.Assist with renovations, special projects, and room upgrades as assigned.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, fire safety regulations, building codes, and hotel brand standards.Support other maintenance staff by sharing technical knowledge and assisting with complex repairs.Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school training preferred.3-5 years of hotel, facilities, or commercial maintenance experience required.Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.EPA certification, HVAC certification, or other trade licenses preferred.Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible schedules, including PM shift, weekends, and holidays.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions.Come join our team and help create a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for every guest through quality maintenance and property care.EOE/M/F/Vet Disabilities
