The Cancer Registrar is responsible for: Analyzing and coding, patient demographic and cancer related information Treatment and staging from the medical records on all cancer cases seen and or diagnoses at designated facility, Identifying eligibility of cancer patients in the registry and obtaining interesting cases from medical staff and pathologists Performing other duties assigned Minimum Qualifications: Required - 2 years - Cancer Services; Required - 2 years - Registration; Or - 1 year - Relevant experience with Associates Education: Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Associates Credentials: Essential: Cancer Tumor Registrar Credential equivalent experience: Essential: Required - CTR (Cancer Registrar) Facility: BayCare Health System, Oncology Data Center-MPM Location: REMOTE Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: variable Shift: Shift 4 Shift 1 = Days, Shift 2 = Evenings, Shift 3 = Nights, Shift 4 = Varies Weekend Work: None On Call: No Does this position fall under CMS guidelines for COVID19 vaccine or exemption?: Yes - CMS Requirements Apply How often will this team member be working remotely?
