The successful candidate will have experience working in an analytical laboratory setting and familiarity with biophysical, chromatographic, electrophoretic, and spectroscopic techniques. The candidate must possess a strong ability to work as a team member while supporting multiple projects. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary. The ideal candidate is efficient, curious, creative, enthusiastic, works well independently and in teams, and looks for ways to improve processes and technology. It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.What You'll DoPerform biophysical characterization assays such as DSF, SINS, PEG solubility and chemical unfoldingPerform routine analytical tests such as size exclusion chromatography, pH, protein concentration, appearance testing, and subvisible particle analysisPrepare buffers for formulation studies and biophysical assaysTesting of protein formulations and characterization of degradation productsMaintain a digital lab notebook and organize data for projectsPresentation of data and results at group and department meetingsWho You AreBS in biochemistry, chemistry, biophysics, chemical engineering, or related fields with 0-3 years of experienceExperience with biophysical techniquesExperience with HPLC, UPLC, capillary electrophoresis systems, spectroscopy, and rheologyExperience handling and analyzing protein samples in a laboratory settingExperience with aseptic techniqueProficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience working in a laboratory setting as part of a teamWhy Join UsGrowth Opportunities: We’re a company that believes in continuous learning and development.
