What Youll Do: Assemble mechanical systems and components using shop toolsWork from blueprints, diagrams, and schematicsBuild and help test custom machines (not repetitive assembly line work)Troubleshoot and make adjustments during buildsCollaborate with a small, skilled team? What Were Looking For: Experience as a mechanic, technician, or machine builderComfortable using hand and power tools (drills, taps, torque tools, etc.)Ability to read and follow blueprints or mechanical drawingsStrong problem-solving mindsetsomeone who likes figuring things outReliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work?
