GRC Analyst
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Risk Remediation Delivery Senior Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in the financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening enterprise risk posture by driving remediation initiatives across Information Technology and Cyber Security. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to resolve complex risk issues while influencing process improvements in a highly regulated environment. This role offers strong visibility, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on risk management strategy.A Little About This GigIn this role, you will support audit, compliance, and risk remediation efforts by partnering closely with IT, Cyber Security, and Risk teams. You’ll be responsible for leading remediation initiatives, analyzing risk findings, and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Lead and manage risk remediation initiatives from initiation through completion • Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Risk, and Audit teams to drive resolution of findings • Analyze risk issues, prioritize remediation efforts, and track progress against deadlines • Develop and maintain remediation strategies, documentation, and reporting for stakeholders The Ideal Candidate• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field • 3+ years of experience in risk management, remediation, or similar roles • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex risk data and develop solutions • Proven project management experience delivering results in fast-paced environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and business audiences • Familiarity with GRC tools, risk frameworks, and IT/security concepts • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, FFIEC, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks Reasons to Love It• High-impact role with visibility across enterprise technology and risk functions • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, highly regulated industry with evolving challenges • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and leadership exposure • Strong potential for professional growth and skill development in risk and cybersecurity
