Major ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a defined sales territoryProspect aggressively and build pipeline through outbound activitySell BW Walch’s high school math curriculum and OGAP professional development solutionsBuild relationships with district leaders, curriculum directors, school administrators, and state-level decision makersWin new business and expand existing accountsLead opportunities through the full sales cycle, from outreach to closeManage territory plans, forecasts, and CRM activityTravel within territory for customer meetings, conferences, and events as needed Preferred QualificationsK-12 education sales experience, with a strong understanding of the school district and state education sales processProven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts, and comfortable with heavy outbound sales activitiesStrong relationship-building and presentation skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a remote environmentCompetitive, motivated, and energized by building somethingBring a high level of energy, ownership, and consistency to your sales activityCompensationBase Salary: $80,000–$90,000; On-Target Earnings: $180,000+ with uncapped commissionStrong upside for high performers; High-growth opportunityBW Walch provides research-based math curriculum and professional learning solutions that help schools improve teaching and learning.
