Remote Nurse Practitioner

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Nurse Practitioner to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annuallyResponsibilities Complete Comprehensive Health Evaluations (CHEs) to assess and manage comorbid conditions Manage CKD patients, focusing on slowing disease progression and reducing costs Lead the clinical team to ensure care coordination aligns with medical treatment plans Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams on patient care Utilize prescriptive authority, medication management, and diagnostic interpretation Accommodate patient and nephrology partner availability in a self-managed scheduleQualifications Passion for caring for patients with complex, chronic illnesses Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Current, Washington unrestricted NP license; DEA license or eligibility within 90 days Current CPR/BLS certification Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-makingBenefits Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out Support for you and your family: family resources, EAP counseling, backup childcare and elder care Professional development programs and online training courses CEU/CME reimbursement and paid license renewalsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
