Open laminator drawer, lift the used photo resist or mylar roll out of the top and bottom section of the drawer and place on a cart. Remove spindle from core and place in a new roll. Load the new roll into the machine. Team lifts roll over 35 pounds. Thread the photo resist and mylar through the laminator and close the laminator drawer. PAL’s are perform at the beginning of every shift to assure that all parameters on the equipment are in running conditions. Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines. Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes in response to Hot Orders and customer requirements. Work closely with others in a Team environment. Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture. Operate with a true sense of urgency.
