This role is responsible for operating and assisting with rotary equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping production running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Operate and/or assist with rotary machinery in a safe and efficient mannerMonitor production to ensure quality standards are metLoad materials and support machine setup and changeoversPerform routine checks and basic troubleshooting as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresWork closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsQualifications:Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3)Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethic
