Support Programmer

Data Extraction and AnalysisShould be able to extract data from various sources by creating processes or using existing tool.Should be able to create processes to profile, clean, manipulate and map the extracted data.Candidate should be able to reconcile the data to make sure there is no discrepancy or missing desired data from the source after the extraction and clean up.Candidate should be able to summarize, analyze the data and interpret results.Reports and VisualizationBuild, monitor and maintain dashboard.Use existing analytical tools available in different application and create, modify data visualization based on user requirements (i.e. Avatar KPI, API analytics etc).Should inform stakeholders of any red flags looking at the data and help them making decisions.Respond and review ad-hoc data requests. Create and format reports based on user request.Software developmentDevelop the project scopeDevelop internal project benchmarks related to the development, testing, and training.Manage the project scheduleParticipate in the analysis, development, and testing for project applicationsDocument findings, results, and modifications of project processesPrincipal coordinator of new application implementationsPrincipal collaborator with third party vendors, interface engineersAssist in the creation of the implementation master planCommunicate and interface with internal resources for programming and supportMonitor completion of benchmarked goalsCommunicate with senior department management on overall progress, and relate any potential problems that may exist during the course of developmentAssist in the development of new documentation to support implementationCompany and project initiativesLearn AltaPointe business processes and organizational needs.Work with stakeholders’ business needs and provider analytical information and/ or solutions.Participate in new project initiative and analyze impact on existing analytics and developed applications and communicate necessary changes and development.Document all development in various systems and continue to maintain documentation.Other IT duties as deemed necessary should include but not be limited to the followingTest and document compliance related to MIS policy and procedure.Assist in system(s) evaluations with other IT staff.Participate in IT team meetings and initiatives.Participate in the strategic planning process for IT.Participate on committees deemed necessary to support standards and accreditations.Assist in providing training when deemed necessary.Participate in Orientation Training for IT.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Administrative and other related duties as assignedActively participates in Performance Improvement activities.Actively participates in AltaPointe committees as requested.Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.Treats consumers with dignity and respect.Works in a cooperative manner with other AltaPointe employees.Follows AltaPointe policies and procedures.BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experienceMicrosoft Visual Studio .NET with emphasis in C#Working with software configuration tools such as Team Foundation ServicesExperience managing software deployments; Basic web-development skills using HTML, CSS, and javaScriptBasic understanding of web services SOAP, WCF, Web-APIMicrosoft SQL Server 2014 and aboveDatabase DesignT-SQL programming - creating Functions and Stored ProceduresReporting (SSRS), Crystal ReportsKnowledge of Microsoft Office.
