Seeking 3 full-time Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry faculty members at the Assistant or Associate Professor level on the clinical scholar pathway These 3 physicians will join a team of professionals to provide inpatient psychiatry services There is an opportunity to do outpatient services if desired Call is: 1 weeknight per month and 3-4 weekends per year Inpatient psychiatry services include an 18 bed Adult Unit and a 12 bed Child/Adolescent Unit Care is delivered in a multi-disciplinary approach Excellent sub-specialty coverage with ED visits above 46,000 Selected candidates will be responsible for direct patient care along with, potentially, supervision and teaching of child psychiatry fellows, residents, and medical students An appreciation of the importance of and satisfaction from working as part of an innovative service model and an ability to work collaboratively are essential. An interest in clinical research, teaching, and/or public health is a plus. Knowledge of evidence-based medical practice is essential Competitive salary plus a comprehensive benefit package including 10 days of CME.
