Main St., Angels Camp, CA 95222As a Meat Cutter Apprentice, this position requires employees to meet daily production needs and quality standards in meat cutting and preparation. All employees display product in a fresh and appealing manner throughout the department. They process fresh and frozen products. Each employee packages, prepares trays, weighs and labels packages, rotates product and removes out-of-code date products.
