We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems on industrial construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that electrical components meet safety standards and project specifications, contributing to the successful delivery of complex industrial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills to power large-scale infrastructure and industrial facilities. Must be willing to travel. Must have Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical components.Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues efficiently.Collaborate with project managers, construction supervisors, and other trades to coordinate electrical work within project timelines.Conduct quality control inspections to verify that electrical installations meet safety standards and project requirements.Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation using construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam.Ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols during all phases of work.RequirementsProven experience as an industrial electrician on construction sites with a strong understanding of heavy industrial electrical systems.Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Heavy Bid, or similar tools for project scheduling and documentation.Knowledge of construction management principles including budgeting, contracts, project scheduling, and quality control processes.Supervising or management experience in a construction environment is highly desirable.Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and protocols related to electrical work on construction sites.Hands-on experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading is preferred.Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters confidently for troubleshooting purposes.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining high safety standards.
