Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionClient Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Analyst II to support onsite in the Arlington, VA area.For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.This position is contingent upon contract award.Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.How Role Will Make An ImpactSupport day-to-day analysis of IT and business operations, including data collection, trend tracking, and reporting to inform program decision-making.Assist with portfolio management activities, including development of portfolio health assessments, executive-level portfolio summaries, and cross-portfolio trade-off analyses.Provide platform operations support, monitoring system performance and helping document operational procedures and workflows.Conduct research and data gathering to support programmatic and analytical taskings across assigned functional areas.Prepare summaries, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports that consolidate information for government stakeholders and program leadership.Support administrative coordination of tasking, correspondence, and recordkeeping to keep program activities on schedule.Assist senior analysts and program leadership with the preparation of briefing materials, meeting minutes, and status updates.Support routine cybersecurity and compliance documentation efforts under the direction of senior team members.Collaborate with government leads, program management, and contractor teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.RequirementsWhat you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret ClearanceCandidates must possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, business, portfolio management, platform operations or analytical support.What Sets You ApartSystem experience may include DITPR-DON/DADMS, JUPITER, and/or equivalent Federal Portfolio Management tools.IA/cybersecurity proficiency in the areas of IA policies and procedures including Privacy, NIST, RMF, and FISMA is required.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstationUse hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devicesCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingSpecific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjustStand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desksLift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
