Job DescriptionCommercial Lines ProducerJob SummarySeeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producers to join a expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growth and retirement-driven hiring initiative.Compensation PackageWe offer a highly competitive and performance-driven compensation structure, tailored to experience levels:Entry–Junior Producers: $65,000–$110,000 base salary (no book required)Mid-Market Producers (3–7 years): $110,000–$180,000 base salary (book of $100,000–$500,000)Senior Producers (7+ years): $200,000–$250,000 base salary (book of $500,000+)Additional BenefitsTransition to commission-only structure in Year 3.Commission structure: ~40% new business / 30% renewals (flexible).One-time book bonuses available.Year 3 revenue expectation: $500,000, with a $500,000 bonus paid out over the following 3 years for achieving this milestone.Access to industry-leading tools and systems, including AMS360 and Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a clear "Day 1" plan to build a robust sales pipeline.Conduct effective first meetings with clients, demonstrating a structured and strategic sales approach.Prospect and secure new business opportunities across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, energy, and transportation.Maintain and grow a book of business, with a goal of scaling to $500,000 in annual revenue within three years.Collaborate with leadership and sales managers to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.Stay informed about market trends, carrier options, and industry best practices.Qualifications/RequirementsCore Traits:High-energy, authentic, and sales-driven with a hunger to succeed.Self-sufficient and able to ramp up quickly with minimal supervision.Strong first-meeting sales approach and a clear prospecting strategy.Coachable, adaptable, and open-minded with a willingness to learn.Demonstrates technical knowledge and a personal sales philosophy.Experience LevelsEntry–Junior Producers: Emerging talent with no book required.Mid-Market Producers: 3–7 years of experience with a book of $100,000–$500,000.Senior Producers: 7+ years of experience with a book of $500,000+.
