Title: Senior Enterprise Strategic Account ManagerLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)Compensation: $160K Base ($210K OTE, variable bonus based on expansion targets)About the RoleNirvana is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow one of our largest and most strategic enterprise healthcare technology clients. This role carries end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship, from executive alignment and complex stakeholder management to product launch, adoption, and multi-year revenue expansion.As a senior leader on the commercial team, you'll own the full account lifecycle, blending account management and strategic initiatives to drive expansion, growth, and revenue outcomes. You'll act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shape strategic plans, and partner across teams to deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall strategy, health, and growth of a large enterprise healthcare accountServe as the executive-level relationship owner, engaging with senior and C-suite stakeholdersLead complex onboarding and launch efforts, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful executionDevelop and execute an annual account growth strategy focused on expansion, new use cases, and increased revenueOwn and exceed revenue targets for the account, including retention and expansion goalsIdentify, scope, and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales, Product, and other teamsUse data and insights to monitor adoption, forecast growth, identify risks, and inform strategic decisionsNavegate and influence complex organizational dynamics within a large healthcare clientAct as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, prioritization, and go-to-market strategyMentor and provide guidance to more junior account managers as neededSuccess MetricsSuccessful onboarding and enterprise-scale launch of Nirvana's productDeep, trusted executive relationships across the client organizationSustained product adoption across multiple teams and workflowsConsistent achievement and overachievement of assigned revenue targetsStrong internal cross-functional alignment and executionWhat We're Looking For7+ years managing large, complex enterprise accounts with executive and C-suite stakeholdersTrack record of driving account growth, expansion, and strategic outcomesConsistently owned and exceeded revenue targets across complex, multi-stakeholder accountsExperience working in a small, fast-paced startup environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-makingHealthcare industry experience, ideally with enterprise health systems or healthcare technology companiesExperience working with very large healthcare clients and navigating complex buying committeesBackground in sales or strategic partnershipsExceptional executive communication, negotiation, and influence skillsHow We Support YouCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Hybrid, dog-friendly NYC office (3 days/week)$1,000 annual mental health & wellness benefit#J-18808-Ljbffr
