Consultant – Data & Analytics
At a Minimum, You Will HaveBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, analysis, and pipeline developmentHands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or similar technologiesExperience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or equivalentExperience working in AI-assisted development environments (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate and improve code qualityDemonstrated ability to manage workstreams, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality, client-facing solutions under tight timelinesStrong communication skills and comfort engaging with client stakeholders at varying levels of technical depthAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teamsFlexibility for travel, as neededPreferably, You Will Have2+ years of relevant experience delivering data, analytics, or data engineering solutions in a consulting or project-based environmentExperience designing data architectures and analytics solutions in cloud-native environmentsFamiliarity with modern data engineering and analytics best practices, including version control and collaborative development workflowsExposure to Agile or other iterative delivery methodologiesExperience supporting enterprise data transformation initiatives across finance, operations, or other core business functionsA demonstrated interest in continuously learning new tools, platforms, and analytics techniquesDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below.
