What You'll Be Doing:Manage purchase requisitions, obtain supplier quotes, and recommend sourcing decisions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
Create and manage purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with SOPs
Maintain supplier data and purchasing information in ERP/MRP systems
Monitor deliveries, expedite orders, and resolve supplier or payment issues
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Quality, and Operations teams
Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Track supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and purchasing processes
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and cost drivers
Bonus Points If You Have:Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Mapics, or Movex
Experience in global supplier coordination or manufacturing procurement
Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, and international sourcing
