Leverage your expertise in production processes in a collaborative environment where your skills will truly stand out!Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyze production drawings to determine material, labor, and operational needs.Develop and manage production documentation using tools like INFOR and Microsoft Excel.Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to align production plans with delivery targets.Oversee inventory levels for raw materials, fabricated parts, and standardized components.Identify and assess suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery times, and reliability.Negotiate supplier agreements, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely receipt of materials.Synchronize material availability with production schedules to prevent disruptions.Support initiatives aimed at enhancing material management and inventory efficiency.Desired Qualifications3+ years of Procurement and/or Planning experience required Expertise in Microsoft Excel for scheduling, monitoring, and data analysis.Familiarity with fabrication materials such as structural steel, pipe, and plate.Hands-on knowledge of processes like welding, cutting, machining, and forming.Competency in interpreting technical specifications, engineering drawings, and BOMs.Strong organizational and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.If you're enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic manufacturing environment and ready to excel in a Buyer/Planner role, apply today and take a significant step forward in your professional journey!
