Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Columbus, OH. The Salesperson will be responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying and pursuing new leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include understanding market trends, conducting property analysis, presenting tailored solutions to clients, and staying actively engaged with an extensive network of buyers, investors, and industry professionals in self-storage and related sectors. Qualifications Proven sales experience with strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and closing dealsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining solid client relationships, and effectively collaborating with team membersAbility to analyze market trends, interpret data, and provide tailored insights to meet client needsExperience in negotiation and contract management to achieve optimal outcomes for clientsOrganizational skills to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlinesKnowledge of the self-storage or real estate industry is a strong advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
