Job Title: Raw Material Control Sr SpecialistDepartment: Corporate Management TeamShift: Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmDirect Report: General Affairs & Procurement Unit ManagerType: Exempt; Full-timeAbout the positionWe are looking for an competent Raw Material Control Sr Specialist to control the operations of the raw material warehouse systems and ensure the systems and processes perform properly. Ensure the materials received and stored are accurately recorded, stored, issued accurately, and that inventory data meets company requirements. Lead the administrative work within the warehouse, including supervision of Coordinators assigned to the warehouse.Responsibilities are:Comply with and support EHS programs, policies, and proceduresMonitor Flex and ensure inventory transactions are accurateContinually gain proficiency in operation and troubleshooting of ASR systems in RMW areasDevelop and conduct training for warehouse operationsGenerate and publish Monthly Material Ledgers for Raw Materials and Subsidiary MaterialsReview MR Zone items and act for resolutionConduct monthly meetings with key persons (plant wide) for raw materials planningLead and supervise administrative members, including Coordinators, of the Raw Material Warehouse groupEnsure that receiving plans align with the capacity of the warehouses and desired stock levelsDevelop relationships with suppliers related to warehouse operationsParticipate in quality management system audits, lead role in OE customer audits for RMWIntermittently cover duties of Raw Material Group Leader(s)Oversee and perform administrative tasks within the warehouse; review and store check sheets and work reports, reconcile delivery notes, and generate necessary internal and external communicationPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements are:Education:(Required) bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience(Preferred) supply chain or logistics major or advanced degree in a related fieldExperience:(Required) 5+ years of related experience(Preferred) previous experience in inventory management or manufacturing logisticsLanguage:(Required) good command of written and spoken EnglishSkills & Knowledge:Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resourcesManagement of Material Resources - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain workCustomer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
