Ensure: leaders are visible on the sales floor at all times. Effective two-way communication takes place between management and associates. Tasks are completed in a timely manner. Associates are happy and more productive, resulting in a great in-store experience for Associates and Customers.Job ScopeThis position coordinates the work of Customer Service Associates.This position has no direct budgetary accountability.Essential FunctionsProvide positive customer service by treating customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.Adhere to assigned work schedule in order to provide predictability in workload scheduling.Follow all Company policies and procedures in order to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.In applicable instances, unloads trucks, processes freight, stocks counters, and any other function needed to maintain salesfloor.Review daily staffingReview workload planning calendarEvaluate recovery needsConduct recovery blitzes at 2, 4, 6 and 8Monitor fitting room, selling floor and sizing recoveryCommunicate cleanliness expectations and inspect for completion prior to sign offConduct effective hand off to incoming MOD or provide communication for opening MODProvide support to store management as requested.Qualifications and Skills RequiredHigh School diploma or GED1-2 years of related experience in retail customer serviceFundamental reading and math skillsAbility to effectively communicate in EnglishWorking ConditionsRetail store environment where extended periods of standing are requiredRetail store stockroom environment subject to fluctuations in temperatureOccasional lifting and maneuvering of merchandise and displaysFrequent lifting and maneuvering of merchandise and displaysExposure to dust and extreme temperatures while unloading trailersScheduled work hours may vary, to include evenings and weekendsOccasional use of ladders requiredEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
